Sebastian Maniscalco: I started working full time as a comedian in 2005, shortly after we did the Vince Vaughn Wild West Comedy Show. The teams meet regularly with mentors, business leaders and other entrepreneurs volunteering their time to help the cohort succeed. "The teams were chosen based on the people behind the ideas, not the ideas themselves," Mathews said.
