"In the restaurant business I managed to realize Tiffany Sets I could not do in Iran," says Navasardian. "I was always keen on singing, but if I had sung in a restaurant in Iran, I would have gotten 75 lashes (for singing in a non-Persian language, and in a Tiffany Watches , in violation of Islamic law).
