With the "America" schooner, in this third G Charm stage of Panerai Classic Yachts Challenge, there will be 4 more big historical attractions on the docks: starting with "Creole", a 1927 Charles Nicholson's project, 58,22 meters long (63 with the bowsprit), three masts, admiral of the Copa del Rey vintage sails' fifth edition. And still H Charm schooner "Orion on the Seas", another Charles Nicholson's design, built in 1910 and 54,50 meters long; the return of the impressive "Mariette".
with the beloved design of Nat Herreshoff, 1915, three 39,78 meters long masts; the Spanish "Mariquita", William Fife's of 1911, 38,20 meters long, aiming at his I Charm running victory at Mahon; the precious "Eleonora" 's replica, Herreshoff' s of 1910, built on the original 2000 design by Van Der Graaf, more than 41 meters long; and finally there is "Altair", Fife's 30 meters of 1931, owned by the British Joe Pytka.
Not to be missed as well the protagonists of the 2007 circuit classification: the challenge between "Amorita" and "Cholita" is still going on. Almost twin hulls, 14 meters sloops of 1937, Nicholas Potter's design, owned by the Italians Claudio J Charm and Marilinda Nettis; then the seasonal debut of the beautiful "Avel" owned by Alessandra and Allegra Gucci, Camper & Nicholson's of 1896, among the oldest of the race, 23 meters; the still competitive "Bona Fide" owned by the notary Giuseppe Giordano.
