"We have two bicycles for people to bike to nearby restaurants or just around the space because it's so big," says Mr. Johnson.Ignited subleases 5% of the building to four start-up Homecoming Dresses that it also has investment stakes in. "We love the location," he says. "It's across the street from a huge gym and there are 15 restaurants within two blocks."
